* 150 g of spinach;
* 150 g of tangerines;
* 2 tablespoons of olive oil;
* 1 tablespoon soy sauce;
* 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar;
* 1 clove of garlic;
* 5 g of grated ginger root;
* 1 teaspoon of sesame;
Prepare the dressing: mix the butter, soy sauce, wine vinegar, chopped garlic and rubbed ginger. Allow the mixture to brew.
